Rosenberger acquires majority ownership of CellMax Technologies
CellMax Technologies, a specialist provider of advanced ultra-high efficiency base station antennas, will keep its head office in the Swedish ICT hub of Kista.
[Stockholm, Sweden, June 23, 2014.] International RF technology leader Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG today announced that it has acquired a majority stake in CellMax Technologies, the Stockholm based innovator of high efficiency base station antennas.
The two parties are confident that Rosenbergers global reach, industrial capabilities and focus on innovation, high performance and quality will have a very positive impact on CellMax customers and partners. While a joint marketing strategy will be worked out over time the initial focus is on achieving production and R&D synergies as well as scale efficiencies. CellMax Technologies, a specialist provider of advanced ultra-high efficiency base station antennas, will keep its head office in the Swedish ICT hub of Kista.
